At REC Components, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion pieces aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products show no signs of wear.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
